a. Conduction (conduction)
Is the heat transfer is not accompanied by movement of conductive particles of matter. Example: a metal one end is heated or burned it while the other gets hot.
b. Convection (flow)
Is the heat transfer caused by the movement of particles of matter. Example: The water is heated.
c. Radiation (emission)
Is the energy emitted by an object in the form of electromagnetic waves. Example: if the sun in the morning it will feel the cozy warmth of the sun energy.
